Town & Ranch is home to the Los Poblanos flagship tasting room, an unexpected and stylish lounge nestled beside our working distillery in downtown Albuquerque. By day, explore our specialty shop filled with New Mexican beer, wine and spirits, artisanal market foods, elegant barware, home goods and the full line of Los Poblanos lavender apothecary products, including a refill station. By night, the space transforms into a vibrant cocktail lounge. Throughout the week we invite guests to experience distillery tastings and tours.
As the headquarters of Los Poblanos’ Botanical Distillery, lavender production facility, and central warehouse, Town & Ranch is both the creative and operational heart of our brand. Housed in a historic mid-century building along the original Route 66, the name Town & Ranch was revived from its original identity, designed by a pioneering woman architect. Today, vintage photographs recall its past while the adaptive reuse of the space highlights our commitment to preservation. Just as Los Poblanos is the Ranch, this remarkable building is our Town, a gathering place where tradition, design and community meet.
Distillery tours
Go behind the scenes with our team to see how our small-batch spirits and botanical body care products are made. Start with a signature welcome cocktail and dive right in to exploring the process behind our Western Dry and Lavender Gins. You may even catch a glimpse of in-progress experiments and new distilling projects inspired by our farm, culinary and cocktail programs. Enjoy a lively Q&A as you are guided through our production space for an interactive look at how we turn lavender essential oil into soaps, salves, mists and more. No reservations required. Children under 16 are not allowed in the tasting lounge. Minors 16 or older must have a guardian present.
