Town & Ranch

Town & Ranch is home to our gin distillery, lounge and shop.
Visit us in downtown Albuquerque to experience a unique atmosphere in the renovated historic warehouse where many of our artisan lavender products are made.

Enjoy a craft cocktail featuring Western Dry or Lavender gin and showcasing our favorite New Mexican spirits and ingredients from the farm. From the perfect botanical martini to our signature Lavender ’99 or a spicy Bloody Mary, Town & Ranch is a singular location for a drink with friends and bites featuring house-made ingredients from the Los Poblanos kitchen.

The Farm Shop at Town & Ranch is the place to stop for New Mexican beer, wine and spirits and artisanal market foods. Shop our curated selection of barware, objects for the home and the complete line of Los Poblanos lavender apothecary products. Our refill station at Town and Ranch offers a convenient way to reduce plastic and fill-up on your favorite lavender products in elegant glass bottles straight from the source.

Town & Ranch Tasting Lounge hours 
Tuesday through Friday: 3 – 9 PM
Saturday:  12 – 9 PM 
Happy Hour: 3 – 5 PM
No reservations required. Children under 16 are not allowed in the tasting lounge. Minors 16 or older must have a guardian present.

Town & Ranch Shop hours
Tuesday through Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM

Thanksgiving: CLOSED
