Botanical Martini

2 3/4 oz. Los Poblanos Western Dry Gin

1/4 oz. dry vermouth

garnish with a lemon twist

Stir for 20-30 seconds in a tin or chilled mixing glass until chilled or diluted to taste. Strain into a chilled glass of choice. Twist to express the oils of the lemon peel and insert.
