2 oz. Los Poblanos Lavender Gin

5 oz. apple cider (we like Big B's brand)

3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 dash Angostura Aromatic bitters, or to taste

garnish with a lemon twist, cinnamon stick, and fresh grated nutmeg
