New Mexico Mule

The gin & ginger duo is always a refreshing crowd pleaser. Add aromatic bitters to your taste to add warming spice flavors and balance the sweetness of the ginger beer or ale.

2 oz. Los Poblanos Western Dry Gin

1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

5 oz. ginger beer or ale (we like Fever Tree ginger beer)

2 dashes Angostura Aromatic bitters

garnish with a lime wedge

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass or mule mug and stir briefly to incorporate.
